The sub nano silicon pressure resistant composite material is a proprietary technological achievement formed by the project "Research on Cementing Technology for Natural Gas Second Horizontal Wells". This composite material is mainly composed of sub nano silicon (composite) and ultrafine slag cementitious material, which can form a pressure resistant low-density system of 1.35-1.40g/cm3 with oil well cement, fly ash, water, etc. according to a certain ratio; This system has the advantages of good flow performance, pressure resistance (low crushing rate), low dynamic friction, high early strength, ability to reduce cement slurry wall sticking friction and cementing well leakage risk, and low comprehensive cost; In 2021, 16 wells (320m3) were tested on-site in oil and gas wells, and the excellent cementing quality rate of the sealing section reached over 96%, reducing the construction pressure by 3-5 MPa year-on-year.
